Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. The shipping price depends on the items ordered and which warehouses they are currently available in. The shipping price is shown on the product information page with a final combined shipping cost shown in checkout. As items can be combined the final shipping price will often be less than the total shipping costs shown on the product information pages.
Delivery usually occurs within 3-6 business days to major centers in West Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and Queensland.
Please allow a few days extra for orders to rural areas and major centers in NT, Tasmania and South Australia.
Tracking is usually available 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

Shipping is provided by USPS First-Class. Delivery usually occurs in 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping is avaliable to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Canada
Local delivery is carried out by Canada Post. Delivery on most items costs $3 CAD. Under $40 CAD an additional $2.50 CAD surcharge applies. Fragrances can cost extra due to postal regulations for dangerous goods. The full shipping price will be displayed on the delivery information page in checkout. Delivery to urban areas in the Canada usually occurs within 7-14 business days and can be tracked online 24-48 hours after dispatch.
New Zealand
Shipping is made via PostHaste courers. Free delivery is available for all hair care, skin care and make up items. Shipping for fragrance items to New Zealand is charged at 10% of the order total to a maximum of NZD $10. Delivery usually occurs within 4-6 business days to major centers.

Local delivery is carried out by Speed Post. Free delivery is available for all hair care, skin care and make up items. Shipping for fragrance items to Singapore is charged at 10% of the order total to a maximum of SGD $16. Delivery fees on fragrances are waived if combined with a make up, skincare or hair care item in your order.

Malaysia
Local delivery is carried out by Malyasia Post in East Malyasia and Gem Worldwide Couriers in West Malyasia. Free delivery is available for all hair care, skin care and make up items. Shipping for fragrance items to Malaysia is charged at 10% of the order total to a maximum of MYR $44.
Delivery fees on fragrances are waived if combined with a make up, skincare or hair care item in your order.
Delivery to usually occurs within 3-6 business days for courier and 8-10 business days for post and can be tracked online 24-48 hours after dispatch.

Refunds and Returns
Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is defective in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
Returns for change of mind are allowed within 30 days of receipt if the product is unopened and unused. You are responsible for return costs.
Please contact our orders department at the Help Desk so that we can authorise the return and provide the best returns address for your location and products ordered. Please send the item via registered post and include the original packing slip for order identification. Once the order has arrived back at our warehouse a full refund will be provided. Returned items will be only be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items.
Fragrance Returns
Fragrances are considered dangerous goods by Postal Services which means they are unable to be set through general post. We are happy to accept fragrance returns but it is your responsibility to organise and cover the cost of these. Because of this please choose your fragrance orders carefully.
